The WJ Group would like to provide our privileged customers with news and information regarding our products and services, including promotions, special offers, and discounts. We invite you to become a member of the WJ Group of Restaurants to enjoy exclusive privileges offered from time to time.
1.2 Collection and Use of Personal Data
To become a Member, you will need to provide WJ Group with certain personal information (including your name and contact details such as email address and mobile number). Your mobile number and email address will serve as your unique identifiers as a member of WJ Group. Any personal data held by us will be managed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1.3 Direct Marketing
By clicking the "✓" button, you agree that WJ Group may collect, use, and disclose your personal data (provided through the Member’s Portal at https://wj-groups.eber.co/) for marketing purposes that you have consented to, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy
Policy.
1.4 Membership
1.4.1 Membership Registration and Privileges
Where you sign up to become a member, you will be required to provide your mobile number, among the information we may require from you, in order to sign up for the membership. This may be required online or by our service team depending on the circumstances.
Membership is strictly non-transferable and shall only be enjoyed by the member in person. Members must be physically present at the point of dining and present their member QR code to enjoy privileges. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting bills to earn/ redeem points is strictly prohibited.
In the event network is down, the points and accumulation of spending will be updated within 3 working days.
1.4.2 Membership Tiers
There are three (3) types of membership:
• Basic & Platinum Members
- Welcome Reward Voucher and Birthday Voucher are granted upon sign-up (voucher can be redeemed during the next dining visit).
- Redeem Discount Voucher by using point
Note: Vouchers are not applicable for event/wedding packages, promotional items, beverages, SST, or service charges.
• Partner Members
- Enjoy 10% off à la carte food items.

WJ Group reserves the right to alter, limit, or modify membership privileges, terms and conditions, and eligibility requirements at its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice on the Member’s Portal. Rewards do not have any cash value and cannot be converted or redeemed for cash. Members are encouraged to refer to the Member’s Portal for the latest updates.
1.4.3 Redemption and Expiry of Privileges/Rewards
For Basic & Platinum Members can earn one (1) point for every RM10 spent at participating WJ Group restaurants. One (1) point is equivalent to RM1 and can be redeemed for vouchers.
The terms and conditions of each voucher are stated on the respective vouchers. Earned points are valid for one (1) year from the last date points were earned. Points can be used to redeem the voucher to offset bills at any WJ Group restaurant (except within the 15 days before and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year). Members must be physically present (with identification matching the sign-up name) to redeem privileges. The qualifying spend is calculated before SST and service charge.
1.5 Amending Personal Data
You may amend your personal data (phone number & email) at any time via the Member’s Portal at https://wj-groups.eber.co/. To amend your birthday, please contact the outlet for assistance.
1.6 Termination and Cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate your membership, at our absolute discretion, should you misuse or abuse any conditions or privileges granted as a Member.
2. Law and Forum
These terms, including all policies and additional terms referenced here in (“Membership Agreement”), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Membership Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
3. Consent
I would like to join the WJ Group membership and I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If I provide WJ Group with personal data relating to a third party, I represent and warrant that I have obtained that third party’s consent for WJ Group to collect, use, and disclose their personal data in accordance with the PDPA.
